1. To enter, fill out your subscriber number (found on bottom right of your Breathe Magazine mailing label,
“SN - ## - #####”), name and email address. If you do not have your Subscriber Number email us at: subscriptions@breathemag.ca and we can provide you with it.
2. Winner will be chosen from the entrant pool at random.
3. Check back on date specified (“Next Winner Announced” date) to see if you won. Announcements will be made after 12pm.
4. In submitting to win product you are agreeing to having your name and province of residence listed on the web page: www.breathemag.ca/giveaway.
5. Only one entry per subscriber is allowed. Multiple entries will not be considered.
6. Only entries from current subscribers are accepted.
7. Subscriber numbers are used to cross-reference with subscriber name to ensure validity of entry.
8. Past contest winners are allowed to submit for future giveaway products.
