Hmmmm… a bio eh? Well...I run. I run trails. You could say I have a singletrack mind. I don't so much enjoy competing, although I throw in the occasional race now and then, nor do I exactly follow a specific training plan. For me it's more the overall experience of being out on the trails, running through the wild, enjoying nature and all the wonderful feelings that overtake you out there. Love that natural high you get from the fresh air, the dirt, the sun or the rain. Chance encounters with wildlife totally make my day.
I work full time at a job (indoors) that doesn’t suit me well although it treats me well. I mountain bike, road bike, kayak, ski, snowshoe, backpack, SUP.. if it's outside, that is where I want to be. |
