Day one and two of the Mark Webber Tasmania Challenge have concluded with three more days to play out. Team Iron Horse of Mark Padgett and Mark Hinder are currently sitting in first with a comfortable 40 minutes on the second place spot of Emma Weitnauer and Jarrod Kohler of team Pure Tasmania. Currently in third place is Team Renault - Garmin 1 made up of Sebastien Camus and Gaetan Ferrandc. The Ultra Runner/V8 Supercar Driver duo of Ryan Sandes and Rick Kelly are currently sitting in seventh place. Here are video recaps of what has transpired thus far.

Day three will play out on Bruny Island and will feature two paddle legs (16-20km), 2-3 mountain biking legs (50-65km) and one run/rogaine legs (10km). The fifth and final day will be this Sunday, December 11. This event is in support of the Mark Webber Foundation, helping Australian charities including the Save the Tassie Devil appeal.
